REISEPASS
Afghanen mit Sitz in Bayern und Baden Württemberg, die maschinenlesbare afghanische Pässe erhalten möchten, sollten die folgenden Anweisungen sorgfältig lesen.
- TERMIN: Antragsteller MÜSSEN einen Termin online buchen, bevor sie zum Konsulat kommen. Kunden ohne vorherigen Termin werden nicht bedient. Um einen Termin zu buchen, klicken Sie bitte auf den unten stehenden Link.
PERSÖNLICHER BESUCH: Ein Antragsteller MUSS das Konsulat am Datum und zur Uhrzeit seines Termins persönlich besuchen. Anträge, die per Post an das Konsulat geschickt werden und/oder Anträge in Abwesenheit des Antragstellers werden NICHT bearbeitet.
ANTRAG: Ein Antrag muss sorgfältig in BLOCKSCHRIFT in Englisch und Dari/Pashto für jeden Antragsteller ausgefüllt werden, wobei besonders auf die Schreibweise von Vor- und Nachnamen, Geburtsdatum (Tag/Monat/Jahr), Größe, Beruf und andere Besonderheiten sowie die genaue aktuelle Adresse geachtet werden muss. Antragsformulare können hier heruntergeladen werden.
REISEPASSGEBÜHR: Die Gebühr für einen Reisepass mit einer Gültigkeitsdauer von 5 Jahren beträgt 120 EURO: Die Gebühr kann per Debitkarte per EFTPOS im Generalkonsulat bezahlt werden. Das Konsulat akzeptiert unter keinen Umständen Bargeld.
TAZKIRA (AFGHANISCHER NATIONALAUSWEIS): Antragsteller müssen dem Konsulat zusammen mit dem Antrag das Original ihrer Tazkira vorlegen. Wenn die Tazkira des Antragstellers nicht vom Außenministerium überprüft wird, wird eine Kopie davon zur Überprüfung an das NSIA in Afghanistan geschickt. Ein neuer maschinenlesbarer Reisepass wird erst ausgestellt, wenn die Tazkira vom NSIA überprüft wurde.
Alle Antragsteller, die keine verifizierte Tazkira besitzen, sollten einen Antrag auf Absentee Tazkira stellen (weitere Informationen zu Absentee Tazkira finden Sie im entsprechenden Abschnitt). Seit dem Jahr 1396 (2017) sind Tazkira, die in Abwesenheit der Person ausgestellt wurden und nicht durch das Konsulat bearbeitet werden, nicht gültig.
NACHWEIS DES WOHNSITZES: Der Antragsteller muss eine Kopie der deutschen Aufenthaltsgenehmigung vorlegen.
FOTOS: 2 biometrische Passfotos im Format 4x4,5 cm neueren Datums mit weißem Hintergrund sind für einen Antrag erforderlich.
ALTER HANDGESCHRIEBENER PASS: Der Antragsteller muss seinen alten und/oder abgelaufenen handgeschriebenen Reisepass bzw. seine alten und/oder abgelaufenen handgeschriebenen Reisepässe, falls vorhanden, bei Antragstellung an das Konsulat zurückgeben.
KINDER: Wenn ein Kind in Deutschland geboren wurde und einen afghanischen Reisepass beantragen möchte, müssen seine Eltern den Antrag stellen:
a) Tazkira der Eltern, entweder Original oder Kopie. Es gilt das obige Verfahren für Tazkira.
b) Die Geburtsurkunde des Kindes muss dem Konsulat zusammen mit dem Antrag vorgelegt werden. Die Bescheinigung muss die Namen des Vaters und der Mutter des Kindes enthalten.
c) Die Heiratsurkunde der Eltern muss dem Konsulat zusammen mit dem Antrag vorgelegt werden.
PER EINSCHREIBEN SELBSTADRESSIERERTER RÜCKSENDEUMSCHLAG: Die Antragsteller müssen einen per EINSCHREIBEN SELBSTADRESSIERERTEN Umschlag vorlegen. Das Konsulat wird den Umschlag verwenden, um Ihren NEUEN Reisepass an die auf dem Umschlag angegebene Adresse zu senden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle anderen Arten von Umschlägen nicht akzeptiert werden. Die Antragsteller müssen auch die "Tracking-Nummer" der Express-Post notieren, damit sie ihre Post verfolgen können.

PASSPORT Extension
The Consulate General in Munich is pleased to further facilitate the service of passport extension to the Afghan citizens.
Documents Compulsory for Passport Extension:
1- Complete Application Form
2- Copy of the payment receipt
3- Copy of verified Tazkira by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
4- German ID/Ausweis
5- Current Passport
Compulsory Documents for children born in Germany:
If a child has born in Germany and would like to apply for passport extension, his/her parents must provide the following required documents:
1- Parents Tazkira or Passport
2- Parents’ Marriage Certificate
3- Child Birth Certificate
4- Current Passport

The application must be filled carefully in English and in Dari or Pashto for each applicant, with special attention to name and surname’s spelling, date of birth (Day/Month/Year), other details and accurate current address.

power of attorney
- 1. Appointment: Applicants MUST book an appointment online prior to coming to the Consulate. Clients with no prior appointments will not be serviced. For booking an appointment please click on this link.
2. Visit In-person: The applicant(s) and ALL the witnesses MUST be present at the Consulate on the date and time of the appointment along with the application form and required documents.
3. Application Form: Clients should fill the applications in Dari or Pashto carefully.
Special attention to names, dates, figures and places are required. The application should clearly mention the subject of the Power of Attorney and the limits of the authorities of the Attorney. Forms can be downloaded here.
4. Required Documents and witnesses: Please read the information below carefully and prepare for your appointment accordingly. The following persons and documents MUST be present in the Consulate during your appointment.
A. Power of Attorney for Marriage Certificate:
I) One of the spouses (husband or wife), who lives in Germany MUST visit the Consulate with:
- A request letter outlining the services required and providing information on the date and place of marriage;
- A copy of Tazkira and valid Passport and Copy of German Residence Permit.
- Two recent photos (size: 3x4 cm);
II). Two witnesses (adult& male) with their copies of Tazkira or Afghan Passports and two recent photos (size: 3x4 cm); Copy of German Residence Permit.
III). Copy of Tazkira and photo of the Attorney/Legal Representative in Afghanistan.
B. All other Types of Power of Attorney:
I). All the client/s with copy of their Tazkira or Afghan Passports with two recent photos (size: 3x4 cm); Copy of German Residence Permit.
II). Two witnesses with their copies of their Tazkira of Afghan passport and two recent photos (size: 3x4 cm); Copy of German Residence Permit.
III). Attorney/Legal Representative: Copy of Tazkira or Passport and 2 photos of the legal representative, who will be in Afghanistan or other countries as needed.
IV). In property related cases, if the property is inherited, a copy of the Certificate of Inheritance, and a copy of the proof of property’s ownership (Sale Deed/ Qabala) or its details are needed.
Fees: Fees for Power of Attorney is 300 Euro.
Note: If the Power of Attorney is meant for the claims or counter claims at the courts, the Attorney should be a Licensed Lawyer or the Immediate Family (Ascendant/descendant or descendant of the same ascendance line) of the client.
Please bring along all necessary documents and photographs at the time of your appointment. The Consulate does not have printing and copying facilities for its clients.
